Extra people and children

Local tax

The local tax per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Booking confirmation

A booking only becomes binding once we have sent a confirmation and received the deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, the general conditions and, in particular, the cancellation conditions will apply as fully understood and legally accepted.

Cancellation

All cancellations should be made in writing via e-mail.

- Up to 31 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total amount booked is due.
- Within 30 days of arrival, a fee of 50% of the total amount booked will be charged.
- Within 14 days of arrival, a fee of 70% of the total amount booked will be charged.
- Within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount booked will be charged.
- In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the total amount booked will still be charged.
