Extra people and children

Local tax

The local tax per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Booking confirmation

A booking only becomes binding once we have sent a confirmation and received the deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, the general conditions and, in particular, the cancellation conditions will apply as fully understood and legally accepted.

Cancellation

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- For cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 30 to 21 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 20 to 11 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
